ARTHRITIS:
There is no magic food or diet that is going to do away with arthritic pain. But if having overweight and subsequently lose weight, it will cut a significant amount of the stress and pain whatever one feels either in spinal column, keens, hips, ankle and or on feet. Overweight more, the more stress and pressure on the joints, which increases the stress on cartilages that interferes with the bone, thus increasing the incidence of inflammation, swelling, immovability and pain in the joints. Besides to control weight, and at the same time to increase the water intake particularly saline, but not less that 3 liters a day, unless restricted by the physician.
