PAIN
Walk more: It may be one of the best prescriptions to cope with chronic pain. Daily pain tends to make less active, and that often makes pain worse. Exercise also releases endorphins – the body’s natural painkillers. Aim to walk – or exercise in other ways – five times a week for 20 minutes a day. Work up to it slowly, adding a few minutes a week.
Chronic pain may: lead to sleeplessness, drain you of energy, lead to depression, make you not want to do activities you typically enjoy, weaken your immune system because so much of your body’s energy is spent dealing with the pain.
To your wellbeing, smile life!

smile notion, as sharing is caring! Enjoy.
